Seller Verification Data: For Sellers, we additionally collect educational certificates, professional qualifications, portfolio materials, and government-issued ID for identity verification. Transaction Data: We collect order history, payment records, and communications related to transactions. Usage Data: We automatically collect information about your interactions with the Platform, including pages visited, search queries, and device/browser information.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: verify your identity and credentials, process transactions and payments, provide customer support, send service-related notifications, improve the Platform’s functionality and user experience, comply with legal obligations, and detect and prevent fraud.
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with: payment processors to complete transactions, identity verification services during Seller onboarding, legal authorities when required by law, and other users only to the extent necessary to complete orders (e.g., your display name and portfolio).
5. Seller Credential Storage
Documents submitted for Seller verification (certificates, IDs) are stored securely and used solely for verification purposes. These documents are retained for the duration of your account and for up to 2 years after account closure for compliance purposes.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, secure data storage, and restricted access controls. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights
