1. Overview
These Payment Terms govern all financial transactions made through the Rita Space Services marketplace. By using the Platform to buy or sell services, you agree to these Payment Terms in addition to our Terms of Service.
2. Platform Commission
Rita Space charges a 15% platform commission on all completed orders. This commission is automatically deducted from the Seller’s earnings before payout. The commission covers platform maintenance, payment processing, customer support, and fraud protection.
3. Pricing & Currency
All prices on the Platform are displayed in USD. Sellers set their own prices for services. Rita Space does not dictate pricing but may recommend minimum rates for certain service categories to ensure quality standards.
4. Payment Methods
Buyers may pay using: credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and other payment methods as made available on the Platform. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
5. Escrow System
When a Buyer places an order, funds are held securely in escrow by Rita Space. Funds are released to the Seller only after: the Buyer marks the order as complete, or 3 days pass after delivery without a dispute being raised. This protects both Buyers and Sellers throughout the transaction.
6. Seller Payouts
Sellers may withdraw cleared earnings at any time. Cleared earnings are funds from orders completed and not subject to dispute. Withdrawals are processed within 3-5 business days. Minimum withdrawal amount is $20. Available withdrawal methods and any associated fees are displayed on your Seller dashboard.
7. Taxes
Sellers are solely responsible for reporting and paying applicable taxes on their earnings. Rita Space will provide annual earnings summaries upon request. Rita Space may be required to collect applicable taxes from Buyers in certain jurisdictions.
8. Disputes & Refunds
If a dispute is raised, funds remain in escrow during the resolution process. If a refund is issued to the Buyer following a dispute, the platform commission is non-refundable. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
9. Prohibited Transactions
Off-platform payments between Buyers and Sellers are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension. All transactions must be processed through Rita Space to ensure protection for both parties.
10. Changes to Payment Terms
Rita Space may update commission rates or payment terms with 30 days notice to affected users. Continued use of the Platform after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
