Our Community Standards
Rita Space Services is a professional marketplace built on trust, quality, and respect. These Community Guidelines apply to all Buyers and Sellers on the Platform. Violations may result in warnings, listing removal, or permanent account suspension.
1. Professionalism & Quality
All Sellers are expected to deliver work that meets or exceeds the standards described in their service listings. Sellers must communicate clearly and promptly, honor agreed delivery timelines, be transparent about their capabilities and limitations, and continuously maintain the quality of their work.
2. Honesty & Authenticity
All information on the Platform must be truthful and accurate. This means: qualifications and certificates must be genuine and verifiable, portfolio samples must be your own original work, service descriptions must accurately reflect what you will deliver, and reviews and ratings must be based on genuine transactions only.
Submitting fake credentials, stolen portfolio work, or fabricated reviews is grounds for immediate permanent ban.
3. Respect & Inclusion
Rita Space is an inclusive community. Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or abusive behavior based on race, gender, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic will not be tolerated. Treat every member of the community with respect.
4. Communication Standards
All communication must remain professional and on-topic. Unsolicited promotional messages (spam) are prohibited. Personal contact information must not be shared to bypass the Platform. Threatening or manipulative language is strictly forbidden.
5. Prohibited Services
The following services may not be offered on Rita Space: illegal services of any kind, academic fraud (writing assignments for students), counterfeit or pirated materials, services that violate third-party intellectual property rights, services designed to deceive or manipulate, adult content, and services that harm individuals or organizations.
6. Intellectual Property
Sellers must only deliver original work or work they are legally licensed to provide. Buyers must use delivered work only within the scope agreed upon with the Seller. Using delivered work for illegal purposes is prohibited.
7. Reviews & Ratings
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. Buying, selling, or incentivizing reviews is prohibited. Attempting to coerce positive reviews through threats or bribery will result in account suspension. Negative reviews may not be manipulated or removed except in cases of clear policy violation.
8. Seller Responsibility
As a Seller, you are responsible for: the quality and accuracy of your service descriptions, meeting delivery deadlines, communicating proactively if delays arise, and ensuring delivered work is free of plagiarism and rights violations.
9. Reporting Violations
If you encounter a violation of these guidelines, please report it through the Platform’s reporting feature or email trust@ritaspace.org. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.
10. Enforcement
Violations of these guidelines may result in: a formal warning, temporary suspension of listing or account, permanent account ban, and/or legal action in cases of fraud or illegal activity. Rita Space makes enforcement decisions at its sole discretion based on the severity and frequency of violations.
